8. Tri-national Industry 4.0 Technology Circle – Is it required to reshape the work environment to successfully use and integrate new technologies? (EN)

Does technology adapt to our needs or do we adapt to the technology?

New digital technologies must serve their users. Implementing them is more than just coding: New technologies require new skills, new ways of thinking, different business models and often a change in corporate culture. How can companies proceed to successfully leverage and integrate these new technologies?

We present three use cases. Afterwards we invite you to share your experience in workshops.
